Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a multidisciplinary pathway worker for the Canterbury CYPMHS team. You will deliver clinical assessments, formulate care plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to children and young people up to age 18 with emotional, behavioural, neurodevelopmental, and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health settings.
• Knowledge of CYP-IAPT principles and NICE guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, formulating care plans with risk management for children, young people and families.
• Deliver NICE-guideline aligned, CYP-IAPT interventions (CBT, family practice, psychoeducation, parent support) within caseload.
• Monitor outcomes using routine measures to track progress and review care plans.
• Collaborate with schools, GPs, paediatric teams, social services and third-sector partners.
• Participate in MDTs, clinical reviews, audits, safeguarding discussions, and service development.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and support juniors, trainees, and CPD.
