Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for an outstanding professional to join our team and play a key role in shaping and supporting innovative system activities that enhance service delivery across Children and Young People (CYP) Services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Data and Business Intelligence teams, as well as CYP Services, to configure and optimise systems that enable staff to work effectively with children and families. Your work will ensure that our systems not only support day-to-day operations but also provide accurate reporting on performance indicators, including nationally collected data. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with expertise in case management systems within Children's Social Care. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have strong communication skills, and can lead on design and delivery of system features, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across teams - Work closely with the Data team, Business Intelligence team, and CYP Services to deliver system configurations and new features that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services for children and young people.
  • Drive improvement and reporting - Provide accurate and timely reporting into programme management and service improvement plans, ensuring feature requests are prioritised and processed alongside strategic development initiatives.
  • Enable frontline success - Ensure systems are designed to support staff in their day-to-day work with children and families, while maintaining the capability to report on key performance indicators, including nationally collected data.
Qualifications
  • Technical expertise: Strong experience with form designer tools in Liquid Logic (System C) is essential, along with the ability to test new functionality and lead the design and delivery of features in existing case management systems (Access Group).
  • Project lifecycle knowledge: Practical understanding of the full project lifecycle and the ability to work independently without detailed supervision.
  • Domain knowledge: Familiarity with Children's Social Care workflows is highly beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset: Skilled in evidence-based decision making to ensure robust and effective solutions.

If you're passionate about supporting people and want to contribute to an environment where every individual's unique contribution is valued, we encourage you to apply. This is more than a job - it's an opportunity to help build a foundation for success and truly make a difference.
