Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the North West is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people with mental health problems within the THRIVE framework for service delivery.
You will carry out assessments, planning and evaluation of care, provide interventions, advice and supervision to colleagues and partner agencies, and work under supervision of a mentor.
