Are you ready to take the next step in your career and help shape the future of young people’s mental health? We’re looking for a passionate and experienced practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in East Cheshire.
Applicants should either apply as a Children's and Young Peoples Practitioner (CYPMHP) and therefore hold a core professional qualification and meet all other aspects of this job description or apply as a Senior Educational Mental Health Practitioner or Children's and Young Peoples Wellbeing Practitioner and meet all aspects of this job description.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.

All new starters will commence in post on one fixed start date each month, in line with our Prepare to Care (P2C) induction programme date. P2C offers up to 3 weeks training to support you to meet the induction / initial training requirements of the role.
