Job summary

GO Outdoors is seeking a Store Colleague to welcome customers, provide product information, and support sales on the shop floor. You’ll help keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and ensure high presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Maintaining high standards of presentation across the shop floor, ensuring fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete operational tasks including processing transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Support with additional duties and tasks, as reasonably required.
