A highly successful IT and telecommunications services company is currently recruiting a Cybersecurity Project Manager / Threat Intelligence Centre CoE Support.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Threat Intelligence Centre (TIC) efforts and ensuring alignment with strategic planning objectives, managing major projects that enhance global cyber threat intelligence capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Cybersecurity Project Manager Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of TIC activities while ensuring alignment with their global cybersecurity strategy
  • Develop and maintain detailed activity plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Manage TIC accounting, financial operations, and budget forecasts to ensure cost optimisation and alignment with TIC's strategic objectives
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with global stakeholders across regions (Japan, EMEA, Americas, Asia Pacific, India) to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables
  • Track activity progress, manage risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive standardisation of threat intelligence protocols, tools, and governance across the region
  • Partner with technology, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in each jurisdiction
  • Host and manage regular global meetings (e.g., bi-weekly meetings), including preparing agendas, sending meeting invitations, distributing materials, and ensuring effective follow-up
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality, visually effective reports to senior management and executives
  • Provide clear and timely reports to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive TIC's 24/7 'follow-the-sun' operating model, facilitating collaboration across global teams
Cybersecurity Project Manager Ideal Candidate
  • At least 10 years of project management experience in cybersecurity, financial services, or IT infrastructure
  • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership and executives, including preparing and delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Demonstrated experience managing global meetings across different time zones, understanding regional public holidays, and negotiating suitable schedules to ensure global participation
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-region projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and threat intelligence
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project Management tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Collaboration & Communication tools: Microsoft Teams, Outlook (for meeting management & scheduling), SharePoint, OneDrive, Miro/MURAL
  • Reporting & Analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel; strong ability to produce quarterly, annual, and executive-level reports
  • Governance & Compliance platforms: ServiceNow, Archer GRC, or similar platforms
  • Strong report-writing and presentation skills, with attention to detail and executive-level clarity
  • Business level fluency in English
