• Strong understanding of encryption technologies, key management, secret management and secure communication protocols.
• Proven track record in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches).
• Experience in working in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards
• Exceptional communication skills - able to translate technical details in to clear, actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
