We are looking for a Cybersecurity Information Security Specialist Tier 3 to join our Global IT team in Leavesden, Hertfordshire, where you will assist the whole Skanska organisation in obtaining a sufficient level of information security and to lead on a number of initiatives for our cybersecurity programme.

What you'll do:
  • Govern and ensure BU alignment with internal governance and key frameworks.
  • Assist in both external and internal audits; Assist in the maintenance of key certifications such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials +.
  • Assist BU’s in understanding new compliance requirements and assist in guidance for the implementation of controls.
  • Research and recommend solutions for ever evolving security landscape.
  • Act as deputy for the information security manager; Provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Own & act as SME for multiple Security tools, processes, and platforms; Serve as an escalation point for resolving governance and assurance issues.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to answer customer RFI questionnaires and assist in the bid process.
  • Assist in local incidents and ticket resolution; Assist in our risk management & compliance efforts.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • Experience of working with Information Security/Governance/Risk.
  • Information Security Certifications or equivalent working experience.
  • Experience of building meaningful relationships with customers & stakeholders.
  • Experience of connecting business value with technology solutions.
