Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join the team in a hybrid capacity in the United Kingdom. You will collect and analyze threat intelligence from OSINT, commercial, and government sources, and produce concise reports and IOCs for stakeholders.

You will monitor the threat landscape, identify new TTPs, track threat actors, and support incident response across Vanguard’s technology footprint. Strong collaboration with hunt teams and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SOC or cyber operations environment.
• Knowledge of current and emerging cyber adversaries and their TTPs.
• Knowledge of a Threat Intelligence Platform and feed integrations.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and related frameworks.
• Knowledge of CVSS, CVE analysis, and exploitation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and correlate cyber threat intelligence from OSINT, commercial, and government sources.
• Monitor the threat landscape and disseminate insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct tactical and operational threat analysis for campaigns and identify new TTPs.
• Assist leadership in tracking threat actors and exploitation techniques relevant to Vanguard’s footprint.
• Produce actionable reports, briefings, and IOCs for internal stakeholders.
• Exercise critical thinking to extract artifacts and identify correlations in threat data.
• Escalate critical findings to managers with risk analysis.
• Assess junior analysts output before dissemination.
• Contextualize threat with hunt and analysis teams to aid incident containment.
• Draft analytical assessments and provide briefings with editorial guidance.
