Job summary

Roke is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer to analyse and secure systems across diverse projects, spanning Linux, Windows and Android, from IoT devices to the Cloud. You will research, prototype, and build pipelines to test and verify solutions, deploying them through to operational use in collaboration with clients.

Experience in software analysis, reverse engineering and vulnerability research, plus familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery, is essential.

Qualifications

• Software analysis, reverse engineering and vulnerability research of code for x86/x64 or ARM architectures.
• Operating systems and firmware internals, security architectures and hardware abstraction.
• Engineering software from design to delivery in modern IDEs and languages, using Agile delivery.
• Creating tested and testable code. Integrating with automated verification systems, CI and CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, make, break, and secure systems across a variety of projects.
• Construct pipelines to robustly test them, and integrate with upstream services.
• See deployments through to operational use, working hand in hand with clients.
