You will own complex technical challenges, influence engineering direction and help deliver secure solutions with tangible impact in cyber and national security.

In this senior role, you will lead development in secure environments, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural discussions while embedding

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience within complex technical environments.
• Strong expertise in Java, C#, C++ or comparable technologies.
• Deep understanding of software engineering principles and secure development practices.
• Experience leading teams, technical workstreams or major engineering deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of development tooling, testing methodologies and CI/CD.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of stakeholders.
