Responsibilities
  • Lead technical service reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmap sessions
  • Provide guidance on MSS and XDR optimisation, configuration, and performance
  • Act as the technical voice of the customer and manage complex escalations
  • Analyse service data to provide clear insights and recommendations
  • Support renewal and upsell efforts with technical insight and evidence
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and contribute to service improvement initiatives
Skills/Must have
  • 5+ years\' experience in technical service delivery, SOC, or cybersecurity operations
  • Strong knowledge of MSS, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, and incident response workflows
  • Experience managing complex client environments and technical escalations
  • Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and service reporting frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical content for all audiences
  • Proven track record of building trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
