Steps / Responsibilities

1. Step 1 - Online Training: Complete a selection of professional, accredited and industry recognised IT Support courses by CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco.
2. Step 2 - Practical Training: Gain hands-on experience using our cutting edge Livelabs, essential for certifications and keeping up to date with new technologies.
3. Step 3 - Official exams: Sit the CompTIA A+ exams to obtain official worldwide recognised certifications.
4. Step 4 - IT Technician placement (£24K-£45K): Be placed into your first role as an IT Technician with a starting salary of £24K-£45K. You will need to gain two years of experience in this role before progressing into a Cyber Security role.
5. Cyber Security Role: Move into your Cyber Security role. We have partnered with a number of large IT companies with a shortage of qualified Cyber Security professionals.
