Binnies, an RSK company, is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our growing team, overseeing Cyber Security activities for Binnies UK (700+ staff) and Australia (15+ staff).


Reporting to our Technical Director of Digital, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and leading efforts to prevent and respond to cyber threats.

What You'll Do:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of Binnies UK and Australia cyber security, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time and within scope.
  2. Develop, review, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent security practices across the organization, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement robust security architectures for all networks, systems, and applications.
  4. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees to reduce human errors and promote a security-first culture.
  5. Lead the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to enhance organizational security posture.
  6. Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in cyber security and share knowledge with the team and organization.
  7. Prepare reports for audits and assist in external security assessments and penetration testing.
