The Cyber Security Consultant will work on high-profile programmes, assess risk and provide practical security advice aligned to business objectives and secure transformation.

You will join an established team, taking ownership of client engagements across governance, risk, assurance and security consulting, with opportunities to develop across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security governance, risk management or assurance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NCSC CAF and Cyber Essentials.
• Experience developing security policies, standards and procedures.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networks and enterprise environments.
• Experience around business continuity, resilience or incident response.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A consultancy or client-facing background would be highly advantageous.
• Desirable: CISSP, CISM or CHCSP.

• Advising clients on cyber security risk across business, technology and operational environments.
• Developing and improving security policies, standards and governance frameworks.
• Assessing security controls against recognised frameworks and best practice.

We’re partnering with a leading technology and cyber security organisation that is expanding its consulting team and looking for an experienced Cyber Security Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an opportunity to work on complex and high-profile security programmes, helping organisations across critical and highly regulated sectors strengthen their cyber resilience. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business and technology challenges, assess risk and provide practical security advice that supports both business objectives and secure transformation.

You’ll be joining an established team of cyber security professionals, with the opportunity to take ownership of client engagements, work across a variety of environments and develop your career across governance, risk, assurance and security consulting.

What you’ll be doing:
