Zohorecruit is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to join the London-based 24x7 Security Operations Centre. You will monitor operational security services, review changes for security impact, and coordinate incident response with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include managing DLP tools, overseeing firewall and proxy configurations, and producing security metrics to support remediation efforts across the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of the 24x7 SOC services provided by a third-party SOC (DDoS protection, WAF, IPS/IDS, FIM, vulnerability scans, PAM, SIEM).
• Operate and maintain data leakage prevention toolsets; respond to alerts and investigate data loss incidents.
• Participate in 24/7 incident response; act as single point of contact for security decisions.
• Maintain security oversight of infrastructure from third-party suppliers; raise security concerns and drive remediation.

The Security Operations Analyst is a member of the Security Operations team,reporting to the Security Operations Lead. The purpose of this role is tomaintain strong oversight of the 24x7 Security Operations Centre, manage anumber of operational security services related to this, review the securityimpact of infrastructure changes within the environment monitor & manageassociated toolsets.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Cyber Security Operations

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational deliveryof services provided to DLG by its third party 24x7 Security Operations Centre.These services include Denial Of Service Protection (DDoS), Web ApplicationFirewall, Intrusion Prevention & Detection, File Integrity Monitoring, Vulnerability Scanning, Privileged Access Management, SIEM.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining data leakageprevention toolsets, responding to alerts for data loss events includinginvestigation and management of any data loss incidents that breach corporatedata handling requirements and/or industry standards (such as PCI DSS).
• Participate in the rotational 24/7 security incident responsecapability. Must be capable of acting as the single point of contact for allsecurity related response actions and decisions. This includes management ofeach incident from a security perspective, interaction with IM/MIM teams (whererequired) and recording of all key security decisions.
• Responsible for maintaining security oversight of the technicalinfrastructure delivered by third party suppliers and raising concerns/issuesthat pose a security risk to the organisation accordingly. Must also manage anyoperational risk remediation to conclusion
• Responsible for operational support of the security certificateprovisioning platform, including all operational functions. This includesalerting key stakeholders, scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, renewal andrevocation of certificates and updates to procedural documentation.
• Responsible for managing the governance of the firewall rulebases and associated change management process.
• Responsible for providing security input and for maintainingrelationships with the Service Management function in relation to changemanagement, problem management and incident management.
• Responsible for overseeing the management of web proxy policyconfiguration provided by third party providers.
• Responsible for monitoring the operational securitycommunication channels responding appropriately to queries/requests from thebusiness.
• Responsible for monitoring and responding to emerging threatpatterns, vulnerabilities and anomalies and provide escalations of any unknownthreats to relevant areas within the company.
• Responsible for reporting metrics on the status of technicalinformation security controls across the DLG estate, highlighting risk areasand working to develop and manage remediation plans as required.
