RSM UK is seeking an Associate Director in Technology and Cyber Risk Assurance to advise clients on cyber security strategy, programmes and governance. You will lead and develop teams, drive new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality cyber services and assurance.

You will be responsible for shaping cyber risk strategies, coordinating engagements end-to-end, and advancing professional development within the TRA pathway.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow revenue from existing client relationships.
• Strong track record creating and developing client relationships to win work.
• Experience creating proposals and responding to RFPs in a professional services context.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach high-performing teams, manage resources and development.
• Provide high-value delivery by guiding teams delivering cyber services and advice.
• Drive external market activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop client relationships by crafting proposals that meet client needs.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Oversee ongoing cyber services capability development and quality assurance.
