Job summary

Iceland Food Group is seeking a skilled Cyber Resilience Analyst to design, implement and test resilience plans across Business Continuity, Incident Response and Disaster Recovery. The role is based at our Deeside head office with a minimum of 2 days per week on site and offers a range of staff benefits.

You will document analyses, assess impact and recovery paths, and work with change teams to embed resilience in new developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber resilience including Business Continuity, Incident Response and Disaster Recovery.
• Strong documentation and report writing capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to manage complex plans.
• Understanding of how enterprise IT components fit together.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and test resilience plans (BC, IR, DR).
• Analyze systems to document impact, scope and recovery paths for cyber incidents.
• Contribute to incident reviews to drive improvements in resilience.
• Identify weaknesses in the resilience strategy and escalate.
• Collaborate with project/change teams to embed resilience in new developments.

Job description

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cyber resilience (Business Continuity, Incident Response, Disaster Recovery)
• Excellent documentation and report writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage complex plans
• A general understanding of how enterprise-level IT systems work together
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (particularly ASR and Recovery Services) (desirable)
• Experience with VMware technologies (desirable)
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Defender suite (desirable)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences (desirable)

Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and test resilience plans for the organisation, including Business Continuity, Incident Response, and Disaster Recovery
• Conduct analysis on business systems to understand and document impact, scope, and recovery paths related to cyber incidents
• Contribute to incident reviews to ensure learnings are taken to improve resilience
• Identify and escalated weaknesses in the resilience strategy
• Work with project and change teams to ensure new developments are designed with resilience in mind
