Job summary

Talan UK & Ireland is offering an exciting 9–12 month internship in our Cyber & Privacy Team. You will support cybersecurity and data privacy work for a portfolio of clients, developing client delivery and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic professional services environment.

You will research topics, write reports and blogs, and collaborate across teams while developing commercial knowledge in a data-driven, digital transformation context.

Qualifications

• Inquisitive with a thirst for information and ability to distil key facts.
• Ability to produce high-quality written outputs from research to short posts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
• Well-organised, delivers outputs on time and collaborates well.
• Flexible and able to work independently using own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants to produce written reports and responses for clients’ cybersecurity and data privacy responsibilities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation using templates and approaches.
• Help carry out security assessments following the team’s methodology.
• Research news and debates; develop blogs for the monthly client newsletter.
• Collaborate across Cyber and Privacy units to support teams.
• Create thought leadership materials with team support.
