Job summary

JPMorganChase is actively seeking a Cyber Intelligence Director to identify and analyze external cyber threats, protecting the firm’s interests. You will coordinate across EMEA, North America, and APAC, prioritizing intelligence streams and allocating resources for maximum impact.

You will shape security policies and drive threat detection and response initiatives while communicating complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expert level cybersecurity experience focusing on threat intelligence, incident response and risk management.

As a Cyber Intelligence Director (Executive Director) at JPMorganChase within the EMEA Threat Intelligence team, you will identify and analyze external cyber threats to protect our firm's interests. You will collaborate with teams in North America and APAC, prioritizing intelligence streams and allocating resources for maximum impact. Your role enables secure business initiatives and strengthens our threat detection and response capabilities. You will help shape policies and frameworks that drive our cybersecurity strategy. Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Expert level experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat intelligence, incident response, and risk management.
• Significant knowledge and experience in advanced intelligence analysis techniques, security research, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to proactively identify and assess potential risks.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk will be beneficial to your day to day work.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage tools, including AI and LLM tools, to maximize efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Familiarity with intelligence analysis tools and vendors is highly preferred.

The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorganChase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. The group proactively and strategically partners with all lines of business and functions to enable them to design, adopt and integrate appropriate controls; deliver processes and solutions efficiently and consistently; and drive automation of controls. The group's number one priority is to enable the business by keeping the firm safe, stable and resilient.

High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters.
