Job summary

State Street is seeking a Cyber Fusion Threat Hunt Response Analyst to join the Emerging Threats team. You will hunt threats, collaborate with Cyber Intelligence and SOC, and help design and tune security architectures to improve detection and response across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams across IT, architecture and engineering, applying MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence to drive proactive security operations.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in cyber security or related field.
• Experience applying MITRE ATT&CK for threat detection and response.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cyber Architecture and Engineering to design, implement and administer security tech used for threat hunting and detection.
• Coordinate with IT and Cyber Fusion Center to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Apply structured business-architecture methods to capture enterprise views.
• Collaborate with Cyber Intelligence, SOC analysts and Offensive Security to conduct tactical/strategic threat hunting.
• Assist with identifying valuable log sources for threat hunting and tuning log sources for effectiveness.
