Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Programme Manager or Technical Delivery Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Confident using Atlassian applications including Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating and managing project plans covering technical and regulatory activities.
• Setting project timelines and monitoring progress against agreed deadlines.
• Organising regular internal and external meetings, recording actions and providing progress updates to teams and senior management.
• Identifying project risks and implementing contingency measures and corrective actions.
• Co-ordinating with technical, regulatory, supply chain and commercial stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners.
