A leading material handling company in Birmingham is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. The role involves following up leads, managing calls and chats, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the CRM system. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. We have an exciting opportunity for a Telemarketing Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for a customer interested in Crown Products, reaching out to them to discuss their requirements and arrange a further conversation with a specialist Sales Rep.

Monday to Thursday – 8:00am to 4:30pm with one hour for lunch. Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pm with one hour for lunch. Alternating shift pattern.
Target Salary: Competitive salary package (dependent on experience).
Holidays: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays. Pension: Company pension plan.
