Job summary

A leading organization in business solutions is seeking a Cutover Support Analyst for a 4-month contract based in Knutsford. Cutover Support Analyst
4 Month contract initially
Based: Knutsford - 2-3 Days on site
Rate: £300 - £375 p/d (via Umbrella company)

Key Skills & Experience
  • Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Collect and document requirements from HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Analyze existing HR processes and identify gaps for integration. Prepare process flows, SOPs, and harmonization plans.
  • Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for HR rollout and merger activities. Coordinate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure alignment. Schedule and facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates.
  • Cutover Planning & Execution: Support the development of cutover plans for HR systems and processes. Coordinate activities leading up to go-live, including data migration, validation, and readiness checks. Ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Onboarding & Transition Support: Assist in designing onboarding plans for employees from merged organizations. Support communication and training initiatives for smooth adoption.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports. Document decisions, risks, and action items for leadership visibility.
