Job summary

Vitacress is seeking a Cut Packhouse Operative at Herbs Runcton, near Chichester. You will work on production lines grading, weighing and packing fresh herbs for major retailers across the UK. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a 4 on / 3 off rota and weekly pay.

Pay: £12.90 per hour — paid weekly
Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week
Rota: 4 on / 3 off

• Making sure products meet high quality standards
• Using packing equipment and scales correctly
• Keeping your workstation clean and tidy
• Following all Health & Safety and Food Safety rules
• Meeting daily production targets with your team
• Reporting any issues to the Line Leader or Shift Manager

What we’re looking for

• Good communication skills
• Motivated, positive, team‑focused attitude
• Previous food factory experience — a bonus, but not essential
• Awareness of Health & Safety — essential
