Co-op Group is hiring a Customer Team Member at Griffiths Drive, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 2LJ. The role is part-time, 12 hours per week with regular overtime, permanent contract, and a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts.

You'll join a friendly team delivering essential services in-store, with duties on the shop floor and tills, plus potential post office or bakery tasks and online order support.

• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Help maintain stock, prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Ensure the store is safe and compliant with regulations.

Customer Team Member Location: Griffiths Drive Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 2LJ Pay: £13.04 per hour Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts.

At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend.

Full, paid training provided We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you'll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day.

Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery.

Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.

Why this job matters: You'll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, making sure customers can find what they need.

You'll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities.
