What you'll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first, respond to queries and champion Co‑op products and Membership.
• Work together – support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
• Make the store safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct.
• Introduce new products and services – share experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
• Support your local community – get involved in local events and activities.

Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time
Working pattern: varied shifts – early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, weekends (to be discussed at interview)
