A community-focused retail chain in Whitley Bay seeks a Customer Team Member. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service, support store operations, and contribute to community engagement. Ideal candidates will have great people skills, be flexible with shifts, and genuinely care for customer needs. Experience is not essential as full training is provided, and benefits include a pension scheme and health services.
Customer Team Member Location: Earsdon Road , Whitley Bay, NE25 9SX Pay: £12.60 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (7am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview Full, paid training provided You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!)

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
