Customer Team Member
Location: High Street, Ripley, GU23 6AF
Pay: £16.80 per hour (including night shift premium)
Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time
Working pattern: Night shift 10pm–6am, including weekends – role includes working in the in‑store bakery
Full, paid training provided

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are all correct
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
