Co-op Digital in Poole is seeking a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly, helpful service in-store and support post office, bakery or online order services. You will join a busy team and help everyday shoppers navigate products and services.
The role offers part-time hours at £13.04 per hour with full paid training and flexible weekend work. You’ll be part of a company owned by its members, focused on community and discounts to help customers in their local Co-op store.
Location: 36 Good Road Upper Parkstone, Poole, BH12 3HP
Pay: £13.04 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening. Will include working on a Sunday which will require flexible availability. We’re happy to discuss this further at interview. Role will include working in our in-store bakery.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.
As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
You’ll help keep our shelves stocked and support sales, making sure customers can find what they need. You’ll be a familiar face in the community, getting to know your customers and helping us stay connected with local and national charities. Plus, you’ll promote Co-op membership, helping more customers enjoy the benefits of our unique business.
