Job description

Customer Team Member – Location: 38 Main Street Bridge End, Perth, PH2 7HB – Pay: £12.60 per hour – Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time – Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will include working in our in‑store bakery.

You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business‑related needs.

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

Responsibilities
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates and temperatures are all as they should be.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
