Customer Team Member

Location: 107 Par Green, Par, PL24 2AG
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: permanent, part time, 12 hours per week + regular overtime

Working pattern: varied shifts, early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in‑store bakery. Full, paid training provided.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

What you’ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, working in our in‑store bakery and delivering a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural and share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in activities and events.
