Customer Team Member

Location and Pay

Location: Previously The Woodman Colchester Road, Halstead, CO9 2DY

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working Pattern

Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

Full Training and Development

What You’ll Do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all correct
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
