A leading retail organization in Crawley is seeking a Customer Team Member. You will provide friendly service, support team activities, ensure store safety, and engage with local communities. The position offers part-time hours with flexible shifts, comprehensive training, and various employee benefits including discounts, pension, healthcare access, and inclusive workplace initiatives.
Location: 1-2 Tilgate Parade, Crawley, RH10 5EQ. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 12-16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided.
