Customer Team Member

Location: Minories, London, EC3N 1LA

Pay: £13.85 per hour including London allowance

Contract: 8 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We're looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co‑op.

Customer Team Member Responsibilities
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you will put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co‑op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience.
  • Work together to make everyone's day better – supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
  • Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep the shelves stocked and ensure that prices, dates, and temperatures are all correct.
  • Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together.
  • Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events.
