Job summary

Co-op Digital in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Team Member to join our local Co-op store in Bletchley. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor, tills, and possibly in post office or bakery, with paid training and career development.

This part-time role offers flexible shifts (early mornings, afternoons, weekends) across 5 days, with overtime available. You’ll help customers find what they need, promote Co-op memberships, and support daily operations to create a

Customer Team Member

Location: 198 Water Eaton Road Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 3AQ

Pay: £13.04 per hour

Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: 5:45am to 12pm, 12pm to 6pm, or 6pm to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. We’re happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op, join us and play a key role in delivering friendly, helpful service in your local Co-op store.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, helping deliver essential services to your community every day. Depending on your store, this could involve working in our post office, or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
