A community retail company in Winchelsea is looking for a Customer Team Leader to provide excellent customer service and lead a team. The role involves flexible shifts and key responsibilities such as managing store operations and developing staff skills. Full training will be provided, along with benefits like a pension scheme and discounts on products.
We are looking for a Customer Team Leader to join Co‑op at Sea Road Winchelsea Beach, Winchelsea, TN36 4LE. Salary: £13.99 per hour. Contract: 24 hours per week with regular overtime; permanent contract; part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Duties include working on our Post Office Counters. Full, paid training provided. You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed!).
