Job summary

Co-op Group in Wetherby is seeking a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and drive excellent customer service. The role may involve posting office or bakery duties, online services, and home delivery support, depending on store setup.

You'll lead on-shift performance, coach colleagues, and help deliver community-focused services with a strong emphasis on Co-op membership growth and community engagement.

• Experience in retail or customer service roles is helpful.

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 21 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
