Job summary

Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader at our Old School Row store in Shotton Colliery. This part-time role (16 hours per week) combines leadership with hands-on shop floor work, including shifts across mornings, afternoons and weekends.

You’ll lead the team, support stock and tills, and drive great customer service and membership growth. You’ll be part of a community-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.

Customer Team Leader

Location: Old School Row , Shotton Colliery, DH6 2LW

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview
