A UK grocery retailer seeks a Customer Team Leader in Shoreham-by-Sea. The role includes leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing operations while fostering a supportive environment. Location: 2-3 Royal George Parade Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea, BN43 6TB
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
Full, paid training provided
You must be aged 18 or over to be a Customer Team Leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
