Job description

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales. We're looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You'll help lead the store team by coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and delivering excellent customer service while performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.
