Overview

Customer Team Leader – Location: 44 High Street, Catterick, Richmond, DL10 7LD
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.30am), afternoons, late evenings (11pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales. We're looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op. What you'll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service – you’ll give friendly, welcoming, easy, helpful and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations.
  • Develop your team's capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
  • Make sure that the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers.
  • Support your store manager by deputising when they're not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
  • Lead the way when introducing new products and services in your store – work closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
  • Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting your Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
