A well-known retail company in Poole seeks a Customer Team Leader to deliver excellent customer service and lead the store team. Responsibilities include coaching team members, ensuring store safety, and managing HR processes. The ideal candidate should have strong people skills and organizational abilities. This part-time role offers hourly pay of £13.99, flexible shifts, and multiple employee benefits.
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team by coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 to 30 hours per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5:30 am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10 pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview
