Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Leader in Scotland to manage a small team in a busy store. This part-time role is 16 hours per week with regular overtime, paid at £14.48 per hour, and includes early mornings, afternoons and Sundays from 6am as discussed at interview.

You will help stock shelves, drive sales, mentor colleagues, and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor, tills, and in post office or delivery support as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leadership or supervising teams.
• Retail/Merchandising or team management experience.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
