Job summary

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Culloden to oversee store operations on a part-time basis, leading a small team and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with a focus on community engagement and membership growth.

You will support stock accuracy, merchandising, and HR processes while delivering a welcoming customer experience and promoting Co-op membership across store services.

Customer Team Leader

Location: Shopping Centre Keppock Road, Culloden, IV2 7LL

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you’ll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
