A leading retail cooperative in London is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to provide excellent customer service and develop team capabilities. You will manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ideal candidates have a genuine care for customers, strong people skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the role. Location: 73-74 Upper Richmond Road, Putney, SW15 2SU
Pay: £18.65 per hour including London allowance and night shift premium
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, Permanent, Part time
Working pattern: TL - LONDON (NIGHT SHIFT)

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales.
