A leading retail organization is seeking a Customer Team Leader for their location in East Kilbride. The role involves leading a team, providing excellent customer service, and managing store operations. Applicants should enjoy coaching others and have strong organizational skills. Location: 35 Main Street; The Village, Glasgow, G74 4JU
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 20 hours per week + regular overtime, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5:45am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (10pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co‑op, as you’ll need to authorise age‑related sales.

You’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team — coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager — while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
