Job summary

Co-op Group in London is hiring a Customer Team Leader to guide a small store team on night shifts from 10pm to 6am. The role involves tills, stocking shelves, and delivering essential services to customers, with potential duties in our post office or bakery depending on the store.

You will lead by example, coach colleagues, and ensure great service and smooth operations. This part-time role is 28 hours per week with regular overtime, £20.56 per hour (London allowance included), and a benefits

Location: 5 Cheapside St Pauls, London, EC2V 6AA

Pay: £20.56 per hour including London allowance and night shift premium

Contract: 28 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: Night shift to cover the hours between 10pm to 6am, specific nights to be discussed at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
