Customer Team Leader
Location: Oak Street, Windermere, LA23 1EN
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends (to be discussed at interview)

What you’ll do
  • Provide friendly, welcoming, helpful and thoughtful service every day, often taking ownership for managing the store and handling challenging situations
  • Develop the team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone’s voice is valued and respected
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal and fully operational
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to make shopping a great experience for our customers
  • Support the store manager by deputising when they’re not working and delivering a variety of HR processes
  • Lead the introduction of new products and services, working closely with the team to implement change and encouraging open and honest feedback
  • Build relationships and get involved in the local community, supporting the store manager with delivery of the local Co‑op community plan
