A retail cooperative in Blandford Forum is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to manage store operations and support team development. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills and a desire to enhance their leadership abilities. Working hours include shifts from 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm with regular weekend availability required.

Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, part time, 4 month temporary contract
Working pattern: 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm, working at least one weekend day
